I am writing to extend my best wishes to all bicycle couriers in the city of Toronto on the occasion of Messenger Appreciation Day.

Toronto's bicycle couriers, through their efforts and abilities have served as advocates for the reduction of pollution while also contributing to the significant reduction of congestion in the city's downtown core.

Their efforts in promoting year round cycling and their participation in fundraising for numerous charities in Toronto has helped provide a valuable contribution to all residents in the Greater Toronto Area.

Once again, please accept my best wishes on this special occasion.
